Team Registrations Now Open!

We are thrilled to announce that official registration for the IQA World Cup 2025 are now open!

This marks the next step in your journey toward the tournament, and we can't wait you to welcome to this prestigious event.

How to Register?

Teams who pre-registered will receive an automated email from prompting to configure their account.

On the Team Hub, they will be taken directly to the registration page.

Make sure to complete your registration before April 9th.

Team Fees & Payment Schedule

The total team fee for the 3-day event is 1650 EURO (€), which will be paid in three installments:

• Deadline 1: April 15, 2025 – €495

  • Confirms your registration

  • Non-refundable.

   

• Deadline 2: 1 week before the Group Draw (date TBD) – €660

  • Confirms your attendance and group draw participation.

  • Refundable if you cancel participation before deadline 2.

   

• Deadline 3: June 20, 2025 – €495

  • Final payment deadline; failure to pay may result in your expulsion from the tournament.

  • Non-refundable.

   

Additionally, after submitting your final roster, a bus pass fee of €38 per player/staff will be invoiced.

We will send the invoice for each installment shortly after you submit your registration.
