Will the event still happens if it rains?

Yes, we play rain or shine, but games may be paused if there is a thunderstorm.

 

What can and cannot be brought into the venue?

1. Animals are not allowed on the venue.

2. Prohibited items, such as weapons, illegal substances, and items deemed dangerous, are not allowed inside the venue.

3. Metal cleats or spikes are not permitted for use on fields.

4. There should be no digging or pulling of synthetic turf fibers or infill granules. In addition, no digging with feet, hands, or other objects is permitted.

5. The following items are not permitted on synthetic turf fields:
   Bicycles, roller skates, strollers, skateboards, etc.
   All food and beverage products (except water), including gum, and shelled seeds or nuts
   Sharp objects such as tent stakes, corner flags, poles, or any other object that could penetrate or damage the surface of the field.
   Suntan lotions, oils, or creams of any kind – please apply sunblock prior to entering turf fields
   All tobacco products
   Fireworks, smoke machines, portable heaters, and any open flame
   Glass bottles/containers

6. Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue.

Are there any hotel deals?

Yes! We have partnered with Visit.Brussels to ensure your experience is as high quality at night as it is during the day. More information here.

Where is the lost and found on-site?

Will there be a livestream of the event?

Yes! Ruhr Phoenix TV will be livestreaming all games on YouTube.

 

Where can I find the event schedule?

The schedule will available after the Group Draw.

 

Where can I find a map with pitch assignments? Where is each pitch?

TBD.

What kind of seating will be available?

Bleacher seating will be available at Pitch 1.

Will there be parking on site?

Yes, parking at the facilities is possible, but limited. We recommend purchasing a parking pass when buying your entry ticket.

 

Is there Wi-Fi on site?

No.

Are pets allowed into the facility?

No.

What kind of fields will be used?

All games will be played on artificial grass fields.

Food and Drinks

What sort of food and drink will be available to purchase on site?

A variety of food and drinks will be available to purchase on site.

​

Will there be food available for different dietary restrictions?

Yes. Vegan and vegetarian food will be available with most vendors on-site.

​

Is alcohol available for purchase on site?

Yes,  we will be selling beer every day from 2PM.

​

What can I do with tokens?

Every ticket includes some tokens. Every token is worth 1 regular soft drink.

However, multiple tokens can be combined to buy food instead.

​

Can I buy more tokens on-site?

Yes! You can find the token booth at the Fan Zone. 1 token is worth 2.5 EURO.
Please be aware that cash won't be accepted. All payments will be digital.

 

Tickets

Will tickets be sold on-site at the event?

No. Tickets must be purchased online in advance.

 

What entrance(s) do I go to if I want to buy a ticket or get my purchased ticket scanned?

There will only be 1 entrance, located right next to the car park.

 

Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?

Yes, all ticket-holders must bring a copy of their ticket, either printed or using an e-ticket on your smartphone or tablet.

 

Does my child need a ticket?

Kids 5 and under do not need a ticket to attend. Children 6 and older are required to have a ticket.

 

What is the refund policy?

All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
