Practical
Tickets for the official IQA World Cup 2025 Afterparty will be €15 per participant (excluding service fee).
Tickets include 1 regular drink, and access to the afterparty venue from 9PM to 3AM local time.
Tickets are sold directly by the venue through their sales portal.
All participants must be 18+. Identification will be checked at entrance.

We remind our visitors that we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for drugs within the club, we reserve the right to deny entry to anyone not adhering to this policy.
In order to protect everyone’s vibe and ensure your happiness, using the flash is prohibited inside UMI. We want to establish a relationship of trust with our visitors and we won’t put stickers on your phone to prevent you from doing anything. The important thing is to respect each other.

POLICY
1. General Terms
1.1. By purchasing or using a ticket for IQA World Cup 2025, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions listed in this policy.
1.2. Tickets are issued by European Quidditch Cup vzw, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
1.3. This ticket policy is governed by Belgian law.
2. Ticket Purchase
2.1. Tickets must be purchased through authorized sales channels. Unauthorized ticket purchases may result in denied entry.
2.2. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed, except as outlined in this policy or required by law.
2.3. Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes or at a price higher than their face value. Violation of this rule may result in the cancellation of the ticket.
3. Event Cancellation or Changes
3.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure, safety concerns, or governmental restrictions.
3.2. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders are entitled to a refund of the ticket price, excluding any service fees, in accordance with Belgian law.
3.3. In the case of changes to the event (e.g., date, time, or venue), the original ticket will remain valid. Refunds are not provided unless mandated by law.
4. Entry to the Event
4.1. Ticket holders must present a valid ticket for entry. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the ticket holder's identity.
4.2. Entry may be denied if the ticket is damaged, lost, counterfeit, or void due to violation of this policy.
4.3. Late entry may be restricted or denied based on the Organizer’s discretion to ensure the smooth operation of the event.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Attendees must behave appropriately and follow the rules set by the Organizer.
5.2. Offensive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without compensation or refund.
5.3. Prohibited items, such as weapons, illegal substances, and items deemed dangerous, are not allowed inside the venue.
5.4. Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue.
6. Liability
6.1. The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring during the event, unless caused by negligence on the part of the Organizer.
6.2. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event, including risks related to weather, crowd behavior, or other unforeseen factors.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of ticketing, event management, and compliance with Belgian law.
7.2. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8. Minors
8.1. Minors must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise specified by the Organizer.
8.2. The accompanying adult is responsible for the safety and behavior of the minor(s) during the event.
9. Audio, Video, and Photography
9.1. Attendees may be filmed, photographed, or recorded during the event. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
9.2. Unauthorized recording or photography for commercial purposes is prohibited.
10. Amendments to the Policy
10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend this ticket policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on the official event website or at the point of ticket purchase.
